At that time, principal, instructor, general teacher and students of Lalmonirhat Textile Institute were present. Rangpur divisional representatives were also present on behalf of Textile Engineering Association.
Mr. Md. Nayan Mia, Head of Rangpur Department of Textile Engineering Association gave an introductory speech to the students and Mr. Md. Rezaul Karim, Principal of Lalmonirhat Textile Institute gave the closing speech.
